Ayliean MacDonald has travelled the world spreading joy and a love for maths through art. Her maths videos have featured in film festivals in Canada and have gathered millions of views on TikTok. From large scale to hidden artworks, Ayliean has created a maths mural in Wall Street NYC but also produces badges, stickers and zines. Last year, in response to the discovery of a new prime number, Ayliean launched the ‘Can Humans Say The Largest Prime Number Before We Find The Next One’ project – a collaborative piece inviting everyone in the world to contribute to saying the world’s largest prime number out loud – all 42 million digits of it.
